Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ORIONVERSE (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines our practices towards handling any personal information that you may provide to us.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. To cancel your Premium subscription, please go through your Google Play Store account or Subscriptions on iOS.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party. By using the App, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others and you represent and warrant that you will not use the App in any way that is infringing or otherwise objectionable.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, its content, and the underlying technology are owned by us and our licensors. You have the right to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the App.
6. Premium Subscription
By subscribing to our Premium service, you consent to non-refundable, auto-renewing recurring charges until you cancel. Failed payments will restrict your access to Premium features. Prices may change with a 3-month in-app notice. Cancellation can be done anytime through your Google Play Store account or Subscriptions on iOS.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way related to the use of the App.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms at any time, and we encourage you to review them regularly. Changes to subscription pricing will be notified via a 3-month in-app notice. Your continued use of the App will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to access or use the App, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the App. Upon termination of your Premium subscription, your account will revert back to the Free features.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, the use of the App, or any services provided will be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration, rather than in court.
11. Refund Policy
All Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. Users are responsible for cancelling their subscriptions if they no longer wish to use the Premium features.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
